02 · AI automations

Every automation, priced on its own.

The two packages

Most businesses need one of these before they need anything else. Answer covers the moment someone reaches you. Follow Up covers everything after.

Answerfrom $1,500 setup + $350/mo

The phone and the website, covered. Every call answered and every website visitor talked to, at 9pm on a Sunday the same as Tuesday at ten. Qualified, booked, and summarised to your team.

  • AI Voice Receptionist$1,500 · $350/mo
  • Website ChatIncluded with Custom and Signature websites
Follow Upfrom $1,000 setup + $200/mo

Nothing goes cold. Inbound leads get a real reply in under a minute, and every finished job gets asked for a review. The two moments most businesses drop.

  • Review Request Automation$1,000 · $200/mo
  • Inbound Lead Response$2,500 · $400/mo

Built for contractors and field teams

These three assume crews, reps, and jobs with permits. If that isn't your business, skip them.

AI Sales Call Coach$3,500 setup + $500/mo

Coach every rep on every call. We listen to your sales calls, score them, and tell each rep exactly where the deal slipped. Owners get a weekly team report.

AI-Assisted Quoting$4,500 setup + $400/mo

Branded proposals in 10 minutes. Your rep enters the job specs after the appointment. The AI generates a polished, branded proposal with pricing, timeline, and warranty.

Project Communication$1,000 setup + $200/mo

Customers never wonder what's happening. Permit approved, materials arriving, crew on the way. Every milestone triggers an AI-written update to the homeowner.

Everything else

The workflow that's specific to you, scoped and quoted at a fixed price before anyone starts.

Custom automationfrom $3,000 setup, monthly quoted

A workflow you hate? An idea no one's built? The workflow that eats hours every week and no off-the-shelf tool fits. Scoped, fixed-price, built inside the tools you already run.

  • Custom automationfrom $3,000 · Quoted
  • Marketing Content Engine$1,500 · $250/mo
  • Internal Knowledge Assistant$2,500 · $300/mo

Voice includes 500 call-minutes a month, then $0.40 a minute. Several of these are built for your business during setup rather than switched on from a shelf, and each page says which. All six, in detail →

03

03 · Custom software

A published range with a real floor, not a starting point.

Internal tools

$5,000 to $15,000

quoted fixed, before work starts

No monthly

unless you want us to keep maintaining it

Software for a business that already has a website and knows exactly which part of its week is broken. Below the floor the honest answer is almost always a tool that already exists, and you get told which one instead of an invoice.

  • A scheduling tool that matches how you dispatch
  • A quoting calculator with your pricing rules in it
  • An inventory or asset tracker
  • A client portal
How the scoping works

Take more than one

The setup gets cheaper. The monthly never changes.

The monthly is always the simple sum of what you took. Only the one-time setup discounts, and only when you take more than one package at once:

  • 2 packages10% off setup
  • 3 packages15% off setup
  • Everything20% off setup

Worked example

The voice receptionist out of Answer plus review requests out of Follow Up is $2,500 of setup and $550 a month. Two packages takes 10% off the setup, so $2,250 to build and $550 a month to run. Add a Custom website and Website Chat rides along at no extra cost.

Your exact combination gets put in writing on the call, before anything is signed.

04

In the setup

What you actually get.

  • A discovery and mapping pass over the CRM, phone, and calendar you already run
  • Brand-voice training for anything that talks to your customers in your name
  • The build itself, inside your accounts rather than rented back to you
  • 30 days of tuning after launch, against real calls and real leads
  • A documented handover, so anyone on your team can see what is running

In the monthly

What ongoing looks like.

  • Monitoring of every customer-facing interaction the system handles
  • Prompt and workflow tuning as the business changes
  • Up to 2 hours of new automation or changes each month
  • A monthly report: what worked, what did not, where to tune next
  • A monthly 30-minute call
  • Direct email, answered within one business day

A website monthly is scoped to the site: hosting, security, backups, and changes. The full list above is what an automation monthly covers. Custom software carries no monthly at all.

05

In writing

Six commitments, same on every engagement.

I.

Cancel anytime.

No annual contracts. Month to month. If we stop earning it, you stop paying for it.

II.

You own everything.

If you leave, the workflows, prompts, and integrations come with you. We don't trap clients.

III.

We build in your stack.

Your CRM, your phone, your calendar. No rip-and-replace. We connect to what you already use.

IV.

30 days of refinement.

After launch we tune the prompts, voices, and triggers until everything sounds like you.

V.

You approve every message.

Nothing customer-facing ships without your sign-off, until you trust it enough to set it free.

VI.

The price we quote is the price you pay.

Fixed before we start. No hourly surprises, no scope-creep invoice at the end.

FAQ

What owners ask about the money.

Why a setup fee and a monthly?

The setup buys the build: your pricing rules, your service-area logic, your warranty language, your voice. The monthly buys the part that never finishes, which is monitoring what the system does with real customers and adjusting it. Custom software is the exception. It is a one-time fixed price with no monthly attached unless you want us to keep maintaining it.

What does 'from' mean here, and how is it different from 'starting at'?

It means the cheapest thing in that package, and the real price of every other piece is published on this page. Nothing is behind a quote. When a competitor writes 'starting at', the next number you see is on a proposal after a sales call. When we write 'from', the next number is two lines down.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep the code, the prompts, the integrations, and the documentation. We hand it over and you can run it yourself or take it to somebody else. Nothing you paid for disappears.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Month to month, cancellable after the 30-day refinement window. No annual contract, no early-termination fee.

What if I only want one thing?

That is the recommended path and it is what most businesses do. Pick the one thing costing you the most, run it until it has paid for itself, then decide whether you want anything else. Buying more than one at once earns a discount on setup, but it is not the way in.

Are there costs that are not on this page?

Your own third-party usage: phone minutes on your carrier, your CRM seats, the domain. Those are paid to those vendors directly and we do not mark them up. Voice minutes past the 500 included each month run $0.40. Everything else you would owe us is above.

Let's talk.

Thirty minutes to walk through how the business runs now and which of these, if any, is worth your money. If the honest answer is "not yet," you will hear that on the call.
