Package · Answer
Your phone, answered by an AI that actually sounds like a person.
Calls get missed. Nights, weekends, the third simultaneous ring while your front desk is already on two others. This package picks up every time, qualifies the caller, texts them a booking link, and tells your team the moment a real one lands.
from $1,500 setup + $350/mo
Why this matters
A large share of calls to a local business go unanswered, and the ones that go missed are rarely the convenient ones. Someone calls during the busiest hour, gets voicemail, and dials the next name on Google before anyone in your office knows they existed. After-hours calls sit in a mailbox nobody checks until morning. The leak compounds quietly: every missed call is one fewer appointment, one fewer quote, one fewer signed job, and none of them show up in any report you look at.

Each piece, priced on its own.
AI Voice Receptionist
$1,500 · $350/mo
Answers 24/7, qualifies the caller in real conversation, books the slot, and warm-transfers real buyers to you.
This is a conversation, not an acknowledgement. It knows your services, asks the questions your front desk would ask, offers real times from your calendar, and hands a live buyer straight to a person when that is the right move. 500 call-minutes are included each month, then $0.40 a minute. The receptionist on our demo line is this exact system. Call it before you believe any of this.
Website Chat
Included with Custom and Signature websites
The same brain on your website, talking to visitors who would otherwise bounce off a contact form.
Not sold on its own, and not an upsell. It ships as part of the Custom and Signature website builds because a chat widget bolted onto someone else's site is a worse product than one built into a site we control end to end.
That is the price you pay, agreed before anyone starts. Take more than one system and the setup drops; the ladder is on the pricing page.
What the system does
Everything this system ships with.
Answers every call, 24/7
Built on the most natural-sounding voice technology and the most capable language model available in 2026. Sub-second response latency. Most callers don't realise they're talking to an AI.
Qualifies the caller in real time
Captures name, what they need, urgency, address, and the best time to reach them. The questions adapt to your business so callers don't feel interrogated.
Books appointments
Texts the caller a booking link so they can lock a slot before they hang up. During onboarding we connect it to read live availability from Google Calendar, Outlook, or whatever your office runs on.
Tells your team while the call is still live
You get a text or email with the caller's number, their answers, and the booked slot. No transcription delay, so you can call back inside the hour when it matters.
Hands off to a person at any time
If a caller asks for a human, or the situation needs one, the call transfers to a number you choose. No dead ends.
Logs everything
Full transcript stored, searchable, exportable. Useful for coaching, for disputes, and for tightening the script over time.
What a call actually looks like
It's 7:42 PM. Linda has a problem she wants handled tonight and starts working down the list of local businesses. The first two ring out. Yours picks up on the second ring.
The AI answers in your brand voice: "Hey, you've reached [Your Company]. I'm the AI receptionist on after-hours, what's going on?"
Linda explains. The AI asks two qualifying questions and triages it as urgent.
AI offers tomorrow at 9:30 or 11:00. Linda picks 9:30. It confirms her address and texts her a booking link to lock the slot.
Your phone buzzes: "Linda Pulaski · 612-555-0148 · Urgent · Booked tomorrow 9:30 AM · Address attached. Call her back tonight if you can."
The AI closes with a friendly recap, says someone will follow up, and hangs up cleanly.
Total handle time: under 90 seconds. Linda got help, you got a qualified appointment, and the competitor whose voicemail ate the call never knew she called.
Works with the tools you already run
Keeps your existing phone number, no porting required. During onboarding we connect it to your calendar and your CRM so leads land where your team already works.

Questions
What owners ask before signing on.
Will it actually sound like a person?
Yes. The voice technology behind it is the most natural-sounding on the market, and we tune the cadence and word choice to your brand. The receptionist on our own demo line is the same system we build for clients. Call it right now and judge for yourself.
What's the difference between the text back and the receptionist?
A text back is an instant acknowledgement. A missed call triggers a message so the caller knows you exist and waits instead of dialling the next name. The receptionist is an actual conversation: it qualifies the caller, answers their questions, books a real slot, and transfers live buyers to a person. One is a net. The other is a person. Most businesses that start with the text back move up once they see how many of those callers were worth talking to.
What if a caller asks something the AI doesn't know?
It's honest about its limits and offers two paths: connect them to a human at a number you choose, or take a detailed message and text it to you. You can update what it knows at any time, and the change takes effect inside an hour.
How long does setup take?
Most go live in 7 to 10 business days. Days 1 to 3 are voice training and script development from your real calls, days 4 to 7 are integration and testing, days 8 to 10 are a soft launch where you review every booked appointment before it confirms.
What happens if it misqualifies someone?
For the first 30 days every booked appointment goes through a soft approval queue, so you see it before it hits your calendar. After that you pick which workflows run on their own. Misqualifications get fed back in to tune its judgement.
Can I take over a call mid-conversation?
Yes. Either the caller asks for a human and it transfers, or you set up live monitoring on your phone and barge in whenever you want. Most owners stop using that second option after a few weeks.
What about Spanish-speaking callers?
We can train a bilingual version for an additional setup fee. It detects the caller's language inside the first few words and switches automatically.
Will this replace my receptionist?
No, and it shouldn't. It's best at the volume work: nights, weekends, lunch, the third simultaneous call that hits voicemail today. Your front desk keeps doing the relationship work it can't do. What usually changes is that they spend less of the day on the phone.
Let's talk.
Thirty minutes to walk through how your business actually runs and tell you honestly whether this would move the needle. Plenty of those calls end with us saying not yet.
Follow Up
Inbound leads get a real reply in under a minute, and every finished job gets asked for a review. The two moments most businesses drop.
