Built to order · Custom

A workflow you hate? An idea no one's built? Tell us.

The packages above are the common shapes. When your business needs something that isn't one of them, we scope it together: fixed price for work we understand, paid discovery first for anything genuinely novel.

from $3,000 setup, monthly quoted

Why this matters

Every business has at least one workflow that wastes hours every week and nobody has automated, because it's too specific to be worth anyone's product roadmap. Dispatch routing for a twelve-truck fleet. Subcontractor payment reconciliation. Client intake that has to check three systems before it can answer a question. Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit. Hiring a developer is expensive and slow. The packages above are built on the same patterns most of this work needs, which is why a novel build here is a scoped project rather than a science experiment.

What you're choosing between

Each piece, priced on its own.

Custom automation

from $3,000 · Quoted

Scoped on a call, quoted at a fixed price in 48 hours, built inside the tools you already run.

Most land between $3,000 and $9,000 depending on complexity. Compared with a developer at $150 to $250 an hour for sixty to a hundred and twenty hours, or a SaaS subscription you pay forever, the maths usually favours building it once and owning it.

Marketing Content Engine

$1,500 · $250/mo

Job photos from the team become a week of social posts, a Google Business update, and a local-SEO blog entry.

An example of the kind of thing that gets built to order rather than bought off a shelf. Your team uploads six to ten photos a week, the AI drafts a week of on-voice content, and everything waits in an approval queue until you tap publish. It kept its price because people still ask for it; it stopped being its own page because almost nobody arrived looking for it.

Internal Knowledge Assistant

$2,500 · $300/mo

Your SOPs, pricing, and warranties become an AI your team can ask from a phone, with a citation on every answer.

The other common custom shape. Every business runs on knowledge held in one person's head and a binder nobody can find, which is why new hires take ninety days to become useful and why the owner is the help desk. Every answer cites the document and section it came from, so anyone can check it before relying on it.

That is the price you pay, agreed before anyone starts. Take more than one system and the setup drops; the ladder is on the pricing page.

How a custom build works

Everything this system ships with.

Free 90-minute scoping call

We walk through the workflow, the data involved, and the tools you already use. You end the call knowing whether it's buildable.

Fixed-price quote in 48 hours

No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices. You see the whole cost before anyone commits.

Built inside your existing tools

Plugs into your CRM, phone, calendar, and accounting. Not another login for your team to forget.

Shipped in under 30 days

Most go live within 30 days of contract. Complex multi-system integrations can stretch to 60, and you're told that at quote rather than at week five.

30 days of post-launch tuning

Same as everything else here. We tune until it works the way you actually do business.

You own it

If you ever leave, the code and integrations are yours. We hand them off and you maintain them wherever you like.

Examples of the kind of build we take on

These are illustrative shapes, not past client work. They give you a sense of the range. Most custom builds are some variation of connecting this data to that tool with judgement in the middle.

Example

Storm response triage. After a major hailstorm a roofer can take 200+ calls a day. The build: a triage layer that scores each call by zip code, event severity, and damage type, then pushes the urgent ones at a rep immediately.

Example

Subcontractor reconciliation. Matching invoices against job records by hand eats hours every week. The build: a workflow that matches invoices to jobs, flags discrepancies, and stages the approved ones for your accounting system.

Example

Intake that checks itself. A prospect asks a question whose answer lives in three systems. The build: a flow that pulls from all three before anyone picks up, so the first answer is the right one.

If a workflow is eating hours every week, there's a good chance we can scope a build for it. Genuinely novel asks start with paid discovery so we can size the problem before either of us commits.

Questions

What owners ask before signing on.

How do I know if my idea is buildable?

Book a scoping call. Most things are. The ones that aren't, we say so up front, and the call is free either way.

How much does a custom build typically cost?

Most are $3,000 to $9,000 in setup depending on complexity. Against a developer at $150 to $250 an hour for sixty to a hundred and twenty hours, or a SaaS seat you rent forever, building it once usually wins by a wide margin.

How long does it take?

Most ship inside 30 days from contract. Complex multi-system integrations can stretch to 60. You get a firm timeline at quote, not a range that slides.

What happened to the Marketing Content Engine and the Knowledge Assistant?

They're both still built, still priced, and listed above. They stopped having their own pages because almost nobody arrived at the site looking for them, and two thin pages competing for no searches were worth less than one page that explains what custom work actually is. Ask for either by name and nothing about the build changes.

What happens if I don't like it?

We tune for 30 days after launch. If you still don't see the value after that, you keep the code and stop paying the retainer.

Let's talk.

Thirty minutes to walk through how your business actually runs and tell you honestly whether this would move the needle. Plenty of those calls end with us saying not yet.
